Colonel Adam Włoczewski

Commandant of Military Training Centre for Foreign Operations in Kielce Polish Armed Forces

Colonel Adam Włoczewski (born on the 15th of September 1972 in Cracow) started his military career in Military University of Land Forces in Wrocław, which he graduated from in 1996, and was promoted to the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. Colonel Włoczewski continued his professional education, earning a Master's Degree in Political Sciences at Świetokrzyska Academy in Kielce (2005). He completed postgraduate studies in Crisis Management (Świetokrzyska Academy in Kielce, 2006) and in Civil-Military Cooperation (War Studies University in Warsaw, 2012). In 2018, Colonel Włoczewski completed Higher Operational Course in War Studies University in Warsaw. During his military service, Colonel Włoczewski held various command and staff positions. After the graduation from Military University of Land Forces in 1996, he began his professional military career in the 6th Airborne Brigade, where he served as platoon leader and deputy company commander. In 2002, he was appointed to a command position within the CIMIC Support Unit in Kielce. From 2002 to 2008, Colonel Włoczewski was a CIMIC Tactical Support Team Leader and CIMIC Support Team Commander. From 2008 to 2014 he was moved to Cracow, to the 2nd Mechanized Corps, where he took the position of a specialist in Civil-Military Department and later – Chief of the Information Operations Department. From 2014 to 2021 Colonel Adam Włoczewski was appointed as a Chief of Non-kinetic Department in Land Forces Operations Center - Land Forces Component Command in Cracow. During his service in Land Forces Operations Center, Colonel Włoczewski carried out tasks related to planning, use and command of non-kinetic elements of the Combat Grouping of the Land Component assigned to the subordination of the Operational Commander of Polish Armed Forces, in a combined operations during peacetime, crisis and war. As a Chief of Non-kinetic Department, he planned non-kinetic activities in the area of direct operations, coordinated interaction between military entities and the non-military system, government organizations and state administration within the framework of broad civil-military activities. As head of the Non-kinetic Department, he was in charge of coordinating the work of subordinate CIMIC, PsyOps, InfoOps cells, in the process of planning and executing operational activities on the theatre. Since 2021, Colonel Adam Włoczewski helds the position of the Commandant of Military Training Centre for Foreign Operations in Kielce.

Colonel Adam Włoczewski was deployed to numerous foreign operations: Stabilisation Force (SFOR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina – 2 rotations, Kosovo Force (KFOR) in Kosovo – 2 rotations, Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) in Iraq – 2 rotations, International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) in Afghanistan – 5 rotations, Resolute Support Mission (RSM) in Afghanistan – 2 rotations.
