Marina Chumakov Rozenblat

Marina Chumakov Rozenblat is an expert in information and data management support for NextGen and other Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) organizations, information data modeling of aeronautical information, and systems engineering. She specializes in the international and local modeling of the Aeronautical Information Exchange Model (AIXM), and its implementation in web services. Dr. Rozenblat leads a team of analysts evaluating cybersecurity, message security, information exchange and identity and access management for the FAA Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Traffic Management (UTM) system. Dr. Rozenblat has also supported the development of information services international guidance materials for the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

Dr. Rozenblat has a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Lehigh University.
