He previously served as Vice President of Business Development at L-3 Vertex Aerospace. Don began his career in the U.S. Marine Corps., where he served over 25 years in various aviation roles, including Helicopter Mechanic, Crew Chief and Aircraft Maintenance Officer. After his retirement in 2001, Don joined The Boeing Company as a Business Development Manager, and later held the roles of Senior Manager of Business Development and Strategy and an executive position in the Director Maintenance Modifications & Upgrades Division Business Development team at Naval Integrated Logistics in Saint Louis, MO. Don joined the DRS in 2010 as Vice President of Operations for the Aviation Division, Sustainment, and Modernization in Elizabeth City, NC. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
