Christopher Adams

Policy Analyst RAND

Chris Adams is a policy analyst at RAND. His research interests and experience include homeland security, international security and development, operations research, and data analysis. He has worked on studies across the homeland security enterprise.  Prior to joining RAND, he worked at ANSER, primarily on homeland security research projects. Before that, he worked on risk management in international development projects with both the State Department and the Government Accountability Office. He holds an MPP from Georgetown University, with a focus on quantitative methods, and a BA in biology and government from Bowdoin College.
