Kim Hawko Vitiello

Kim Vitiello serves as a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, where her focus is on strategy, leadership, and the practical deployment of technical solutions to facilitate data analytics-driven digital transformations. Before joining Salesforce in August 2021, Kim dedicated nearly a decade to public service. Her last role fulfilled the duties of Chief Data and Analytics Officer for NUWCDIVNPT, where she architected pivotal data strategies, initiated a Data Analytics Center of Excellence, steered expansive data-driven digital transformation efforts impacting over 5,000 personnel, and served as an advisor to other agencies. A recognized voice in the analytics domain, Kim has been a featured speaker at various events, including Tableau Conference and Bryant College Analytics Day Conference, and lent her expertise as a final judge at the 2022 Canada Viz Games. She holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a BA in English Literature from the University of Guam, with the distinction of valedictorian, summa cum laude. Furthering her credentials is a Certificate in Big Data from California State University East Bay. Beyond the professional sphere, Kim is an avid enthusiast of sustainable off-the-grid living in New Hampshire. Alongside her husband, Aaron, she indulges in the tranquility of nature through swimming and hiking.
