Joel Haley

Mr. Haley has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. He has served as an instructor holding certifications in Anti-Terrorism training, Personal Protective Measures for Biological Events, Firearms and Explosive Tactical Entry as well as being a part 107 licensed drone pilot. As Acting Director, Mr. Haley oversees research, training and logistics for EMRTC. Training conducts over 300+ resident and mobile courses per year focused on preparing emergency first responders to better prevent and respond to terrorist incidents in communities across the US and US territories.
