Atlan Ozler

Altan Ozler is a Senior Manager overseeing the business development of SAIC’s CUAS & Fires Portfolio. This portfolio resides under SAIC’s Aviation, Fires & C5ISR business headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama – SAIC’s second largest location. SAIC’s layered and integrated CUAS solutions have been successfully evaluated by the US Army JCO organization and formally recommended by the organization across the service. Altan joined SAIC in 2023 and currently resides in the Washington DC metro area. From 2018 – 2023, Altan was a business development professional and capture manager at RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies). At RTX, Altan led requirements and capabilities development efforts for air defense capabilities, effectors, sensors, and architectures with the US Army and US Air Force customers. Over the years, he had various opportunities to work the entire Integrated Air Missile Defense portfolio, ranging from Lower-Tier Missile Defense down through Counter-Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (CsUAS). Over this period Altan worked on several FMS cases supporting US allies and international partners. Altan has extensive experience in working with Japan, Poland, Switzerland, Qatar, Norway, KSA, and the UK on defense partnership programs.
