Ralph Ferguson

Ralph Ferguson is the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removals Operations (ERO) Assistant Director for the Operations Support Division. In this role, Mr. Ferguson oversees the Human Resources Management Division, Mission Support Division and Fiscal Management Division.

Mr. Ferguson has previously held various leadership positions in ERO — Unit Chief of the Financial Operations Unit, Deputy Assistant Director of the Mission Support Division and Deputy Assistant Director of the Fiscal Management Division.

Mr. Ferguson began his ICE career in 2016 as a Branch Chief overseeing the Permanent Change of Station (PCS), Travel Services and Obligations Management sections at the Financial Service Center in Dallas. Mr. Ferguson has over 23 years of federal service, including eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps.
