Nicole McNamee Wicks

Nicole retired as a decorated law enforcement officer and SME in identity theft and impostor fraud after 30 years of dedicated federal service. Her law enforcement career began as a Special Agent (SA) for the Immigration Naturalization Service, after which she spent over two decades as an SA for the Social Security Administration Office of the Inspector General (SSAOIG) where she conducted complex and strategically impactful investigations in areas of fraud and detection, employee violations, impostor detection, disability, Adam Walsh Act violations, terrorism, and financial crimes. Upon promotion to her headquarters at the SSAOIG, Nicole provided advisory, analytical, investigative, and consultative services to internal and external stakeholders pertaining to policy, procedure, law, covert activities and monitoring requests. Nicole developed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semiannual reports to internal and external stakeholders including the FBI and congress. Nicole has served on several US Marshall, financial crime, and FBI Joint Terrorism Task Forces.
