Owen McShane

Vice President of Government Relations FaceTec

Owen has worked as the Vice President of Government Relations for FaceTec Inc. since August 2024. Before that, he served as an Investigator for the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles for over 30 years, starting as an entry-level Investigator and retiring as a Deputy Commissioner in 2024. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Albany, where he has taught classes on Biometrics, Cybersecurity, and Counterterrorism since 2015.
