Elvira Goodall is the Fingerprint Technician Supervisor at the Virginia State Police, bringing over 35 years of expertise in fingerprint analysis and forensic science. She began her career with specialized training at the FBI, where she served as a Fingerprint Examiner for 9 years. Elvira then continued her work in fingerprint identification as a Fingerprint Technician Senior for 6 years before advancing to her current leadership role, which she has held for 23 years. Her extensive experience and dedication make her a respected figure in the field of biometric identification.
