She began her career with specialized training at the FBI, where she served as a Fingerprint Examiner for 9 years. Elvira then continued her work in fingerprint identification as a Fingerprint Technician Senior for 6 years before advancing to her current leadership role, which she has held for 23 years. Her extensive experience and dedication make her a respected figure in the field of biometric identification.
