As an Arctic Council Member State, Finland has a great deal to offer for Arctic cooperation in terms of Arctic-related expertise. Their proximity to the Arctic region presents an opportunity to be on the front lines of emerging nation and near-peer activity. This session will provide an in depth look as to the ongoing initiatives to support security efforts in the Arctic.
