The “Transforming Joint Enablers for Future All Domain Warfare” presentation was delivered last year at IDGA's C4ISR USA Summit and covers:
IDGA were privileged to receive an article from MITRE on the importance of Space on multi-domain C2. In this piece, Dr Eliahu Niewood and Chris Niessen make it loud and clear that there could be no multidomain operations without a mastery of space. The article covers how space is essential for critical aspects of JADC2 such as:
Last year Brigadier General Barker, Program Executive Officer, PEO IEW&S, spoke on the priorities and objectives of PEO IEW&S at IDGA's Disruptive Technology for Defense Transformation USA Summit. He addressed the critical task of keeping up with rapidly evolving technology, specifically Artificial Intelligence, and the importance of successful industry partnerships. He spoke about the TOR concept: Traceability, Observability, and Replicability, and how it can used by Project Linchpin as a research tool.
Today’s multi-domain battlefield requires military sensors, satellite networks, PNT, and other data-gathering technology to be interoperable across the joint forces. This can be a struggle for the U.S. Military as different branches work with unique technologies and different operating procedures.
Lieutenant General Matthew Glavy, USMC (Ret) is familiar with different data management processes across the DoD, having last served as the Deputy Commandant for Information and commander of the Marine Corps Forces Strategic Command from 2021 to 2024. After leaving the Marine Corps, he joined IDGA as an advisory board member and as chairman of the inaugural All-Domain Sensing Summit.
Before attendees arrive at the summit this August, IDGA sat down with LtGen (Ret) Matthew Glavy to discuss integrated sensing capabilities, the role industry plays in breaking data silos, and much more.
