Senior Manager, Business Development Multi-Domain Integration Phantom Works Defense, Space & Security Boeing

Scott “Grins” Dickson is a senior manager in Multi-Domain Integration (MDI), a portfolio of products/capabilities in the Phantom Works division of Defense, Space and Security (BDS). Grins is responsible for the business development of Boeing’s MDI product and capabilities addressing DoD and International business partner’s needs related to Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), integrated airborne information, and battle management.

Prior to this role, Scott was a Principal Strategist representing Boeing Defense & Space’s ABMS portfolio, Phantom Works’ Special Projects & Capabilities portfolio, and Phantom Works’ Advanced Autonomous Systems portfolio. In 2019, Scott transitioned out of the Air Force after a 26-year career as an Experimental Test Pilot flying over 24 aircraft types. In his last military assignment, he served as Eglin AFB’s and 96 Test Wing’s Vice Wing Commander, directing over 10,000 airmen and civilians in the safe execution of Eglin AFB base support, 96th Test Wing activities, and Eglin Test and Training Range operations. Scott enjoys scuba diving, golfing, and running and is a proud husband and father to two daughters.
