Jeff “JoBu” Prichard

Executive Director, Fixed Wing Aircraft Boeing

Jeff is the Executive Director, Fixed Wing Aircraft in the Boeing Air Dominance Division. His responsibilities include identifying DoD capability shortfalls and coordinating technology risk reduction initiatives to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs within the Air Dominance portfolio. Jeff is the Capture Team Lead for United States Air Force and other Proprietary TacAir activities.

In 2011, Colonel Prichard retired from the Air Force as Deputy Director of Air Force Capabilities Based Planning for the Director of Operational Planning, Policy and Strategy, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, Plans and Requirements, Headquarters, United States Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. He is a 1987 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he was commissioned through the ROTC program. JoBu served in a variety of operational flying, staff and command assignments. He is a U.S. Air Force Weapons School graduate/instructor and a command pilot with more than 2,900 hours in the F-15C Eagle and F-22A Raptor. He also served as a Congressional Fellow to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader, Senator Trent Lott (R-MS), and as a joint service officer on the United States Forces-Iraq staff as the Senior Military Advisor for the U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Christopher R. Hill.
