C. Morgan Reid

Mr. Morgan Reid is Chief Engineer at the 350th Spectrum Warfare Group, where he serves as the technical lead for 1,258 personnel focused on current and future operational testing and fielding of mission data files that assure survivability and enable lethality across 70 systems supporting all joint partners and 55 allied nations.

Mr. Reid has served in a variety of active-duty, reserve, and civil service positions in Air Combat Command, Air Force Materiel Command, and the National Security Agency. and the National Reconnaissance Office. Before his current position, Mr. Reid was the chief engineer of the 513th Electronic Warfare Squadron, leading modernization efforts that increased operational efficiency and mission effectiveness across all configurations of the US F-35.

Mr. Reid serves as a Reservist with the Air Force Research Laboratory Munitions Directorate. As a civil servant, he completed multiple deployments to combat zones supporting intelligence community missions.
