Mr. Art Huber

Deputy Director of AFMC A3/6 (Air, Space and Cyberspace Operations ) US Air Force

Arthur F. “Art” Huber II is the Deputy Director of the Air, Space and Cyberspace Operations Directorate, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. In this position, he is responsible for policy development, resource allocation, and cyber-secure infrastructure assurance to enable the command’s delivery and support of agile war-winning capabilities. Prior to his current position, Mr. Huber served as a civil servant with the Department of Air Force preceded by 30 years active duty where he attained the rank of colonel. He has completed a variety of assignments specializing in air and space systems acquisition to include development, testing, procurement, sustainment, and tactics assessment. He held commands at the squadron, group, wing, and center levels and is a Flight Test Engineer graduate of the Air Force Test Pilot School. As non-rated officer aircrew, he accrued more than 500 flying hours in 25 different model aircraft.
