Robert Hallinan

Bob Hallinan was a career military officer with over 30 years of military Aviation related Logistics and Maintenance Management experience. Additionally, he has over 3500 hours of accident free flight time in four different military aircraft. Bob has experience as an Aviation Maintenance Officer, Production Control Officer, Quality Control Officer, and is a Certified Aviation Safety Officer, qualified in safety management and accident investigation. He has been a lead in the Aviation Phase Inspection Program, and Command Logistics Review Team. As a Military Advisor to the African Union, Bob trained military staffs in Peace Support Operations as part of the U.S. State Department Africa Contingency Operations Training Assistance (ACOTA) Program. Bob joined Giuntini & Company, Inc. in 2010 as the aviation lifecycle/UAS business segment lead consultant.
