TACOM's Tactical Vehicle Stategy

COL David Bassett, Program Manager at TACOM for Tactical Vehicles, discusses the organization's strategy at IDGA's Tactical Vehicles Summit that took place in April 2010.  He details the TACOM portfolio and the vehicles and vehicle projects that are directly under his management.  He also talks about the Army budget for vehicles and how an aggressive era of procurement took place in the mid-2000s that exeeded 10 billions dollars for the Army truck fleet.
