Col Jeffrey Turcotte, Chief of the Air and Weapons Division of the Air Force Research Laboratory, discusses the latest with Air Force UAV's at IDGA's UAV Summit that took place in April 2010. He details efforts at the AFRL and how the DoD budget has put emphasis on UAV/UAS development and will likely continue to do so. He also talks about pushes in reliability and safety that are paramount to continued UAV success.
