    The marketing team is responsible for promoting our events and enhancing our brand. Core competencies include creativity, commercialism and number crunching. Once a conference has been developed, the producers brief our marketers, who immediately set about writing copy and creating plans for how the conference can be promoted. Our marketers inspire and persuade, and are constantly searching for new promotional channels and opportunities. Naturally, they work closely with the Delegate and Sponsorship Sales teams.     There is no conference without an audience – without our delegates. The delegate sales team is responsible for attracting attendees to each of our events. Everyday our delegate sales people are on the phone selling IDGA products to existing and potential customers, networking, gathering referrals, and exploring new markets. The goal is to increase delegate attendance and therefore increase revenue. The role is simultaneously challenging, intensive, rewarding and fun.
