Dr. Lisa Najavits, a Professor of Psychiatry and a clinical psychologist, discusses substance abuse and PTSD among soldiers returning from Iraq and Afghanistan.  She details how Generation X and Generation Y have been effected by combat stress and how it differs from previous generations.  She also talks about what she sees as the biggest challenges facing this newest group of veterans as they return home and reintegrate into society.
