Military Sealift Command:
Military Sealift Command (MSC) is defined as the transportation provider for the department of defense (DOD) with the responsibility of providing strategic sealift and across the world’s ocean. Strategic policies of MSC are to 1) provide ships ready for tasking, 2) develop, enhance and enable the workforce, 3) focus on the customer, and 4) manage organizational change and growth.
