Army Logisitcs:
Also called as Defense logistics or Military logistics is defined as the discipline of planning and carrying out the movement and maintenance of military forces. In its most comprehensive sense, it is those aspects or military operations that deal with: 1) Design, development, acquisition, storage, distribution, maintenance, evacuation, and disposition of material, 2) Transport of personnel, 3) Acquisition or construction, maintenance, operation, and disposition of facilities, 4) Acquisition or furnishing of services, and 5) Medical and health service support.
