With communications tactics remaining prominent in military planning, and as technological possibilities become more sophisticated, efforts to improve and advance the potential applications of cognitive radio continues to grow. Those efforts are proceeding steadily at the US Air Force’s Office of Scientific Research, led by Dr. Robert Bonneau, Project Manager for the Air Force Office of Scientific Research.
